My career's given me the chance to build creative & production teams at scale: omni channel content, physical studio and location production, then virtually too, in 3D and AI. I built sample management systems to track tens of thousands of products a year for photoshoots, then applied that same logic to 3D model and prop creation.
 

Set shop budgets, press checks, all the messy middle stuff that rides next to the creative work. I love that part. It's where the magic happens, and I've got a soft spot for building the producer teams behind it.
